Paris is a city rich of History and Architecture, and to understand better the Capital, I propose you to explore its heart: The City Island ! ( l'île de la Cité)

This is here that the majestic Cathedral of Notre-Dame is and who will get its young shapes back in 2024, if the challenge started by the French President is a success !

This is here also that the kings used to live, in their splendid palace that used to take the whole west side of the island .
What is left? What do we have in replacement now ? Is the Island still the same as it was even a 200 years ago? Why this part of the city is that very important?

What is to expect: The island gone over with a fine-tooth comb to better know all its monuments: Cathdrale of Notre-Dame, Hôtel Dieu, Head Quarter of Police, Conciergerie, Saint- Chapel, Justice Palace, Dauphine Square, Pont Neuf and still more to discover!
