Laurent Epstein et son Strings Trio, avec William Brunard (violoncelle) et Fabricio Nicolas (contrebasse), abordent avec leur nouveau projet les rivages de l'émotion intense, lorsque cinéma et musique se rencontrent.

Un hommage appuyé à Charlie Chaplin, maître inégalé de l'émotion cinématographique, et un voyage parmi les rencontres mythiques de la musique et du cinéma. Laurent Epstein fait partie des pianistes les plus sollicités de la scène jazz nationale. Entre swing et improvisations acrobatiques, entre Clubs et Festivals, Laurent se produit avec son Trio historique avec Yoni Zelnik et David Georgelet, et est le complice des grands noms du jazz comme Rachel Gould, Angelo Debarre, Jean-Loup Longnon ou Patrick Saussois.

Il s'est produit avec le Django 53 de Sébastien Giniaux, le quintet de François Laudet ou le quartet d'Hervé Meschinet. William et Fabricio, outre leurs créations personnelles remarquées, sont également parmi les accompagnateurs les plus actifs de la scène internationale (Bireli Lagrene, Angelo Debarre, Stochelo Rosenberg ...). Et spécialement pour le Sunside, pour toujours plus de sensations, le Trio sera entouré des percussions d'Alain Douieb.

Laurent Epstein is one of the most sought-after pianists on the national jazz scene.
